Kayla's Shipping, part of Kayla's Jewels, provides packing and shipping services for auction winners. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with those services.

Information we use

We may receive and keep your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, auction invoice and lot details, shipping terms acceptance, and payment or transaction records. We use this information to communicate about auction purchases, prepare estimates and invoices, arrange packing and delivery, track orders, handle payment, address lost or damaged packages, and maintain business records.

Service providers

We share information as needed to provide these services, including with shipping carriers, shipping insurance providers, payment providers such as PayPal and Zelle, website and form hosting providers such as Netlify, shipping software providers such as Descartes XPS, and communication providers such as Brevo when used. When you use the online estimator, your destination ZIP code and package details are sent to our shipping software provider to obtain rates. These providers may retain information under their own policies. We do not sell customer information or use it for marketing unrelated to the transaction.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We retain records as needed to fulfill orders, address claims or disputes, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. We may retain opt-out and consent records as needed to honor customer choices and demonstrate compliance.
